You’re coaching assignment for this week:

  • Discuss the progress she's made to date with activity, food choices, etc.
  • Remind her to attend the COPP Keep Moving Lesson and Zumba Fitness Class (see schedule).
  • Ask her what she has learned during the program, and what her future goals are for heart healthy habits.
  • Together, identify other women who would benefit from the No Heart Left Behind message. Share it with them.
  • Encourage other teens and moms to take the No Heart Left Behind program through their school, if available.

We owe it to ourselves to take care of our body. Make wise choices, adopt healthy lifestyle habits and your heart will thank you!

Next week is the last time that you will touch base with the person you are coaching.  Remind her to weigh herself and  re-measure her waist circumference. She'll need these numbers for the evaluation piece next session.

Coaching tip

Remind the person you're coaching to have her Physical Activity Log available for next week. Suggest that she really work hard this final week to fit in five days of activity and finish strong!
