Orthodontics

You will learn how to identify, diagnose and plan to treat basic orthodontic problems.

You must examine at least three patients as part of this program. This includes accumulating, interpreting and presenting basic diagnostic information about their orthodontic problems and then using this information to develop a treatment plan.

Opportunities for hands-on care, including treatment with clear Invisalign braces, also are available. The department chair or one of many attending orthodontists can arrange these opportunities. Attendings also are available for one-on-one consultations and clinic coverage regarding specific cases.
